Shipping and Returns
Items ship within 3 *business* days. If you purchased a custom item with monogramming, please allow an additional 5-7 *business* days.
If your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item(s). We offer store credit or exchange for all returns. Returns must be mailed back and received within 14 business days of the date of purchase to be eligible for credit or exchange. All items must be in original packaging, tags intact, unwashed and unworn.
Holiday items must be returned a full 7 business days before any holiday.
FINAL SALE items include:
Custom Orders, Hairbows, Socks, Tights, Hats and any holiday item purchase within 7 days prior to a holiday.
Items eligible for return include:
-Returns received within 14 business days of the purchase date
-Unwashed, unworn, tags still intact and in original packaging.
*If your return does meet the above qualified criteria, please do not return it. It will simply be mailed back to you by our returns department.
We suggest that you mail items via USPS using a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost merchandise while in transit to us.

Once your item(s) has been received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If you choose to exchange you will be responsible for shipping and any applicable taxes on the new item. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Custom Items Policy
At Cash & Kate we are more than happy to customize any item purchased within our site. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for custom orders. Please be considerate during holidays and big events as a delay can occur. Remember all sales are final on custom orders.
If there is an error with your monogramming (color, spelling), please contact us immediatly. We will do our best to correct the issue.
